• Click run as administrator

• Type words “diskpart” click enter on keyboard

• Then type the words “list disk” enter 

• Type the words “select disk(USB flash)” Enter

• Type the word “clean” enter

• Type the words “create partition primary” Enter 

• Type the word “active” enter

• Type the words “format fs=ntfs quick” enter 

• Type the word “assign” Enter

• Then copy windows file(iso) to USB flash 

• Excat file iso to usb flash
